I tried again!

Sunday's macaroons didn't quite look the part, although they tasted great, Enter friend Laura to the rescue with a whole recipe book devoted to macaroons. The method this time was entirely different and didn't involve fiddly things like making sugar syrup and voila! We have something which look more like it! Lemon macaroons!
