Homeward bound

The final drive of our holiday, from Edinburgh to Ullapool, today. Thankfully not an early start as the ferry wasn't until 6:15pm so we set off about midday and took our time, making lots of stops for rests and dog walks. This was was just short of Ullapool when the sun really started to shine. Apparently Stornoway was the sunniest place in the UK today with 14.5 hours of sunshine, but we missed most of it as it wasn't as nice further south.

I love being away but it's good to be home.
