Back Door
This is one of four parliamentary entrances. Three are for pedestrians and one for vehicles only. One of the pedestrian entrances is the Public Entrance, but the other two are really back doors for MSPs and staff. The most well known one is Queensberry House but this one lurks further down the Canongate just before you turn right to go along to the public Entrance.
I'm blipping it really because despite it being a 'back door' you can still see all the design details that are evident throughout the building, the most striking being the oak wooden bars that proliferate.
This entrance is also where the building's smokers proliferate!!
