Slice of juicy pineapple...

The second in my 'fruit slapped on the balcony door window' series! I had some of this delicious pineapple for my lunch with potatoes (mini jackets, two of which exploded in the oven - that was an enjoyable clean-up job...), avocado chunks and cottage cheese, sprinkled with capers. Delicious!
