Decay

My brother came down from Emu Plains today so we took a trip on the Light Rail. We stopped at the Fish Markets for lunch where I took this shot of what I think was once a coal hopper for fueling boats. I could be wrong as I can't find any information about the structure.

Plans were distributed back in 2009 to redevelop this area but there is no visible progress of any upgrade yet.
