What Brings Us Together, Today

Today's the day we had our farewell party for friends and family before leaving New Zealand for quite a while. What many people didn't realise is that it was also to be the day The Lovely Ange and I got married. What better place to do it than in our house?

For a good five years, Castle Rock Cafe in Woolston has been my refuge from a hectic day at work. The folk there became not just people who serve you coffee. So we asked if they could cater for us and wow, they did a perfect job. Here's J & N finishing the prep on a relaxed, delicious spread of perfect food. They stayed until late, bringing plates forward and spreading the good cheer behind them.

Thank you so much guys, you were awesome.
