Fettes

I see this in the distance every morning and don't often get close enough. I felt a bit like Andrew Carnegie, peering through the gates of Pittencrief Park as a child and wondering how the other half live. It's certainly an impressive building.
The Blue sky was also impressive and lasted the best part of the afternoon, meaning I got to sit out in the garden of the friend I was heading to see when I took this. Even more impressive was the thunder storm which struck not long after I returned home. Loud enough to feel like the whole building was shaking and for my sister to hear in France - down the telephone line I was speaking to her from!
