Yassou Kriti!

Well, I have finally arrived in Crete. The plane landed about 19:00 (Greek time) and it was a balmy 23 degrees. As the sun was setting quickly, I didn't have time to blip much, so here's one of Heraklion Airport.

The apartment I have been given is very cute & it was so good to catch up with the owner, who I knew many years ago, when I worked here in 2001. Now, I'm off for a little mooch into the village to stretch my legs & to try and get myself sleepy, as my body is still on UK time and it's far too early to sleep!
