May Day

I had today off work as part of my birthday long weekend & K, & I headed out to East Lothian & down to North Berwick. It was really busy with lots of families but the rain soon chased most of them away.

After a nice pub meal & having a few relaxing (soft) drinks in The Ship Inn, we headed out along the coastal path beside the golf course.

Here is a panoramic shot from North Berwick Law round over North Berwick, out to the North Sea & ending at Bass Rock.

My feet were still a little tender from the sponsored walk on Saturday morning so we didn't go as far as I would have liked to but overall a very enjoyable day out :)
