Sushi making part 2

More sushi making at my house after my housemates rather beautiful creations in the week. Following his very tasty example of maple syrup and soya sauce tofu I decided to do some tuna marinating in the same and lightly seared - was a winner for us anyway!

The nearest ones were also my second attempt at the inside out rolls, still a work in progress but they held together long enough to eat :)
