Proud parents

These are the first cygnets I've seen this year - and don't the parents look proud of their brood? Dad on the left and Mum looking down protectively.

This was taken on my morning constitutional round Ferry meadows. I find it hard to know whether I'm making progress - I think I'm walking faster and not hobbling as much, but I still have a very limited range of movement in my left leg. I suspect I'm just getting impatient.

Our computer man came first thing - he's also suffering from sciatica and recommended a local chiropracter who specialises in massage and ultrasound techniques. If I don't see a noticeable improvement soon, I may just make an appointment with him!
