Rushden Hall

This 13th century building is the oldest domestic building in our town and was owned by many families through the years but was bought by the local council in 1931. It now functions as the head office of the town council and some rooms are available for hiring for private functions, conferences, etc. It lies in 32 acres of land which is the Rushden Hall Park.

The history of this Hall is detailed on Rushden's local history website . The town council website is at this location.

The Hall is set on a slope - hence, the inclined nature of the photo towards the right.

Large gives details of the stonework.
