Khobz jibn

Was introduced to Khobz jibn (cheese bread) recently by my friend Reem, who took me to a local bakery in Mugbaba. Since then, I've been hooked. Dapo had to do a school project and he was supposed to bring Bahraini food so he decided to share Khobz jibn with his classmates. We went to the bakery late last night and were allowed to watch and take photos. It was a wonderful learning experience for him and the bread is truly a delicious, yet cheap delight - only 100fils per loaf!
