Highland beauty

This is taken about a mile south of the Spittal of Glenshee and shows how much snow there is at the moment. We had to wait until about 11 before the road was cleared enough for cars to get up the last stretch to the ski centre.

Today we got lift passes and ventured up the mountain and by the end of the day (it was pitch dark by the time we finished) the girls were coming down the green runs. Bee made it down the final blue too, down to the car park. It definintely pays to learn when you're young - the double whammy of having no fear and being closer to the ground when you fall!
