Another day in the orifice

My morning today involved investigating a stormwater main,this required a confined space entry into this access chamber. Most access chambers are concrete cylinders but this is a very original one and has been built from bricks and could be 100years old. The concrete lintel is higher than my head and this chamber is 4.5m deep.
