What a busy day! The day job was full on and then two massages in a row followed by making dinner. By the time I sat down (about 7:30 pm) I didn't want to get up again so I didn't.

The day presented few opportunities for snaps. I give you this as a reminder to myself as much as anyone else that much of our environment has been around for a while and that daily problems fade away with time and perspective.
