I've still got the lurgey, but I somehow managed to drag myself into Manchester after work to get some photos of the victory parade.

I arrived in Manchester quite early, found a spot at the corner of Deansgate and Peter Street, and then realised that I was inadvertently jostling with a number of other photographers, many of whom knew each other.
Although I'm not sure if anyone knew the chap who turned up with his own telescopic ladder (no really.) I think he probably got the best shot out of all of us there.
