Red on red

My eye was caught by this red ladybird on a red leaf when the ant marched in and demanded to be included. I couldn't say no.
I have had a painful hip for the last few months and have been having several tests to try and see what is going on. The x rays showed that I have 'arthritic degradation of the joint' but todays test was the one I was worried about - bone density test. Osteoporosis runs in the family and I was sure I had it as well. But, I am pleased to report that my bones are absolutely normal for a woman of my age.
It was nice to be told I'm normal!
