Adder

Lovely Ceannacroc again and it wasn’t a bad day at all. Perhaps not dazzling bright but there were some nice white fluffy clouds, hill streams running sparkling clear fed by snow melt, and some of the big Glen Shiel hills clinging on to rims of that same snow.
It was tempting to go with a nice Highland Landscape but I had a close encounter with this guy. I almost stepped on him/her. Sightings of adders are quite rare yet this is the third one I have seen this spring.
