Mint Sauce anyone?

May Challenge 2014 - Mint

What could be more mint than mint? Although I suspect our idea of "mint green" is a little paler than this, if the paint manufacturers are anything to go by.

I do like growing herbs, and this is from my mint plant - straight into the gravy boat... or did I miss a step?
