From the darkness, into the light.

Nineteen years ago today we got the amazing "all clear" news from The Royal Marsden Hospital... no more Thyroid Cancer. On that day, the darkness was gone... my parents and I piled out of the hospital and straight into the pub across the road to raise a glass to my wonderful consultant, surgeon and nurses. Big smiles and tears of relief.
