Sweetheart

All plans today relied on the health visitor coming at a reasonable time. Plans had been made to meet folks in the afternoon and also to make various appointments. We waited in til 2 and still no word.
Eventually I found a phone number online and called to chase them up. Apparently the midwife hadn't signed us over to them. Case solved.
Appointment made for tomorrow morning. Frustratingly, all plans for today got cancelled. I also got myself far too worked up and ended up upset and shattered.
And it wasn't even Dex's fault.
