Rainbow Risotto

As I cooked this I wondered how Baby Brightness would manage the rice. I didn't need to worry, babies have far more intelligence than we realise, she is dunking the courgette and pepper into the risotto and the rice and corn are sticking to the vegetables enough to reach her mouth.
