Wet,wet,wet

Rained most of the day today. Was travelling from IHK to Buganda when we turned onto this road. No its not a one way even though there is a car on the wrong side of the road thats just how they drive! On the right is a storm drain with lots of water flowing down it. Not sure if you can see it.
