...Does it take to move a stuck bin lorry?

Well first there are the 4 guys who do the bins, then after an hour of wheel spins and non movement, along come another 4 in a wee truck loaded with grit. This was the most amusing thing I've seen in a while. We had the sense to park at the top of the hill last night ;)

Fastest I've ever seen cooncil workers move too. An hour? Normally at least a month for anything!
