S'wonderful....

'Live Laugh Love' the words above the mirror in my bedroom here in Spain. Is there anything else I wonder? Probably should add breathe, eat, drink & rest.
We've done pretty much all of these today. I set out for a run this morning and decided to take a different route to the ones I've taken so far. I made my way up the road towards the rising sun then after the pharmacy and the empty rough ground that would later become a car park for the supermarket opposite I hung a right and made my way down past an area of planted pines that smelled fresh & clean in the morning dew. I kept looking for a right hand turn that would lead me back towards the house but none appeared so when my phone informed me 'you are half way' (I'm using the C25K app still) I turned around and then I saw!!! I'd been making my way gently downhill for most of my journey. The way back was somewhat slower and more arduous but on arriving back I was met by yells of 'Mummy! Look what I can do on your iPad!'. I changed out of my sweaty gear, put on my cozzie, had a quick rinse under the shower & declared the pool open!

We ate out at lunchtime sampling a delicious carvery then spent another hour or so playing in the pool. Me & Nana have revisited my childhood tonight sitting down to watch Fred Astair & Audrey Hepburn in 'Funny Face' as we did years ago on many a Sunday afternoon while my Dad snored in the rocking chair.

Lying in bed now I look again at the words & know today we have done all three.
