Sea

This shows the power of the sea - the waves were stunning on Worthing beach today. The sea was very churned up and the decision to cancel the diving for the weekend was easily justified
It was good to have a walk this morning to stretch the legs after yesterday. I had lunch with my brother, his partner and children along with a cousin, her husband and three more children. We played in the garden for a couple of hours on the slide and swings. It was very good fun.
