What a year it's been.

So a year ago today I was peak fitness cycling the Etape Caledonia and this is me today. It feels like as big an achievement. I was determined to get back on the bike before the year was out. As you can see from the slightly maniacal express on my face I'm super excited. My support team (also doubling as today's removal posse) of caroline and cam were there for me to share the emotional moment. Ok it was just me being emotional, they were really there to ensure no reinjuries occurred and I could still keep my balance. God, I've missed cycling.
After Le petit tour De cyclepath we took a wee stroll round my new hood. Seems pretty alright.
