A rare visitor to our garden

This long tailed tit was on the suet feeder this morning, I rarely see one here.

The rather distressed baby starling from last week returned and sat on the nibbles feeder for ages without eating anything. Suddenly an adult appeared, sat on the edge for seconds, grabbed a suet nibble and flew off. The youngster started to feed messily….one for me, six scattered all around. The male black birds did a grand job of clearing up behind him!!
