Ushers...or usherettes?

Carol and Jane were the ushers at the wedding earlier today and they looked fantastic and made a wonderful change from male ushers and tops and tails!

The wedding was a very happy time. Both the bride and groom are friends of ours from church, and have known bereavement of a husband and a wife through accident and cancer. They have known each other for many years and today has been a wonderfully happy day for their families and many friends. A new beginning, and with much love from us all.

Looking forward to joining them soon at the evening reception so posting early because I think it may be past my bedtime when I am home again.
