this puppy was fighting with the birds on a piece of food and they could n't finally get it from him.

the photos that i'm taking with 500D are not as i expected, i mean the quality of photo and the noise amount (even when the i reduce the ISO speed). is there some setting or adjustments that i've forgot to set before taking photos?
