Cooking with Mama!

Lucie fancied some Lemon Drizzle cake, so off I went to find the recipe and well I was impressed with the results. Tasted and felt lovely. She wasn't happy with it!! (Uggh). DH loved it! Don't even think of asking the eldest. Anything with lemon is a no - no!!

Just to explain, baking is not my best form of cooking. A bad experience as a chalet girl back in the day and just lost all form of confidence. But I have a great oven and a lot of practice and patience and I'm getting there!!
