A stunning hoopoe...

I twitched today which is a first for me ... I generally don't like to go where everyone else is going... but, it was a hoopoe which is a bird I've wanted to see for ages and this one is in Beverley. It's at a private house and the owners have been so kind allowing access. The twitch was very polite and courteous and the bird was stunning! :)

I went with a couple of friends, her lens, my camera, we both took shots so this is a NiconClaire production!
