Fran's beautiful marmalade

As we left last night, or rather this morning (it was 3am), after lots of dancing around the kitchen to guilty pleasures tunes, Frances gave us some homemade marmalade. It looks lovely, I can't wait to get stuck in. I'll have to get rid of this hangover first though...
