Improper use of camera equipment

Despite her serious face in this picture my daughter had a lot of fun with a mono-pod today.

We had gone down to blip the surfers but the waves were crap and for some reason I couldn't seem to hold the long lens steady enough. If only I had some kind of extendable device like a tripod but with only one leg. Oh well never mind.
