Rise Like a Phoenix

After a splendid evening with friends enjoying (and mildly despairing over) the eurovision entries whilst we partook in European foods, I woke up this morning feeling a bit... Bleugh.

So, naturally (what was I thinking?!), I got out my excercise dvd with our Debbie, and hit the crunches like mad!

This was the view from where I started to lose hope in living. (Debbie pushes you hard!!)

But fear not. I will rise like a phoenix.
