All over..

the table.. the remains of a good repair session for the bagpipes!! Nephew and uncle had a get together yesterday to tune their two sets of pipes to each other so that they don't scare off the French when they play at a cousins/nieces wedding in a fortnights time! They also had to chose some tunes they could play together as well as some solos. All in all it was a successful day for them although as a bystander the noises were.. ok time for honesty.. pretty shocking until they finally got them tuned up.. then it was magic!!

Can't wait to hear the real thing at the wedding which is going to be in France. Hopefully the French contingent will enjoy their hard work.
