The lengths people go to for religion
You wouldn't get me in that water.
Back in the lime green micro we go, this time heading south to take in a dormant volcano, a huge but not particulary pretty Hindu temple (there are hundreds much pretty scattered through the streets of Mauritius) then to the wonder that is the Seven Coloured Earth which was a huge pile of dirt that separated into seven subtly different shades of brown due to magnetism or something or other.
Call me a philistine but I can see why people stay on a lounger when visiting Mauritius, but an enjoyable day nonetheless.
We returned back to the hotel for our last dip in the jacuzzi over a nice bottle of champers before buffet dinner then bed.
