What not to do with your lens

Whatever you do, do not take a Nikon Lens apart!! Mine was playing up a little, so took it apart and then came the difficult part, putting it back together again! Man, it was tough and it's not working 100% - as in, manual focus is no longer and I'm not sure if VR is actually on?

So here's a test shot I did after messing with the damn thing!!
