Open House

Time in monochrome,
As light and shadows conjoin,
To tease our senses.

..... A lovely day today. Met with my sis-in-law Sue, aka 55daisies, in Brighton to go and visit some of the houses in the Brighton festival artists open houses. Top of the list was SarahK. Such brilliant and inspirational photographs and a lovely welcome to her home. There were some beautiful sculptures in the garden too.
Both Sue and I were impressed by her wonderful studio and the light from the roof window. I especially liked the shadows it cast over the black and white prints below ... becoming part of the art work. Sue has posted a wider view including Sarah here. Mine is a bit of a homage, inspired (OK .. copied) from Sarah's blip the other day.

Afterwards we went to look at some more house... and saw some beautiful art work .... then wandered down through Brighton ending up at a Tapas bar in the Lanes for some much need refreshment ....
.. then home to find there was no internet!!! It's only just come back, so this is a bit of a blip and a promise!!
