Eurovision!

Ophelia joined me this evening at a fabulous Eurovision party held by friends in Wylam. It's been a fun day all in all, though quite expensive. After the girls' ballet lessons we went to the metro centre so I could see about the shattered phone screen. It was pretty busy in the apple store so we ended up being in there for a couple of hours on and off. The girls didn't mind. They were in seventh heaven. They also enjoyed a good play in the Lego store and also in Game, where Grace tried out various Disney infinity characters and got into a conversation with a store assistant about a new DS game. The whole metro centre trip taught me two things today: firstly shopping has changed a whole lot in a very short time. It's so much more experiential these days to lure people away from Internet shopping. Secondly, my two bigger girls are growing up very quickly and they are such fascinating and brilliant characters. I love their company.
Arwen had a day at home with Daddy today :)
