Last day of our lovely holiday in The Lakes. Another fairly dreary day but we thought we would visit Leighton Moss, an RSPB centre near Lancaster. This was one of the first birds we saw there and he had a very proud look about himself. Why is it that bird feeders always seem to attract pheasants - what a cheat! We had a lively walk around seeing many birds from the hides before we set off for home.
