Mango Sticky Rice Cake

One of my friends opened a gluten-free cafe a while ago. I have been wanting to visit for a long time, so I decided that today was the day. I'm starting to feel the pressure of leaving Thailand soon, and with that I'm trying to do all the things that are on my "Someday I'll do this" list.

The cake was very tasty. The frosting actually had pieces of sticky rice and coconut milk in it, and the fresh mango compote topped it all off well.
