Wet Wet Wet

We brought the Datsun down to support the Bray Community Charity Show.  We were there as part of a static show and to generally help the organisers make the event more attractive.  It included the Garda Siochana exhibiting their vintage vehicles, the fire service and the coastguard.   The Police Band were there, a rockabilly group called Coddle and St. Patrick's Marching Band - all given their time freely to entertain the crowds.  The afternoon was due to kick off at 2pm and everyone was in place on time.

Except for the fact that at 2pm on the dot the skies clouded over and for the next 2 hours we had torrential rain.  And I do mean torrential. It definitely affected the attendance.

I had brought all my picnic paraphernalia but we ended up sitting in the car for the duration and we had a carnic    -    It was wet, wet, wet
