Up bright and early to meet Rosie and Graham in Reading for coffee and cake in John Lewis. The carrot cake was very good. We did a bit of shopping and bought up some of the stock in the Oxfam Bookshop before I came home to cook my parents lunch.
My arms and shoulders are still achy after yesterdays dramas with my father.
