Portuguese parade band

As we walked home today, there was an unexpected parade at the end of our street. All the local Portuguese (and Brazilian) clubs sponsored bands and marched in the parade. Also, the clubs seemed to have elected queens (and courtiers), each of whom walked in a gown with a long train.

This is a step in pics of people, though I realize a timid step (not much of the person here). Thanks for previous comments about people in public spaces.
