Lilies

It only seems right to use the flowers from the kids to fill in a few blips. They all know my favorites are lilies followed by roses and they are all in here so I have a few choices.

Today was a busy day of doing nothing relevant. I was at the swimming for 7.15 for 30 laps followed by a gym class and then finished off by a 9.5 km walk with Kea. It wasn't my intention when i got up this morning it just kind of happened.

Maybe a rest day tomorrow
