Sheep and goats

Yesterday was one of numerous saints' days in Vico del Gargano. A statue of the Madonna was being paraded through the town accompanied by a silver band. We were waiting for the procession to return to the church when I spotted this slightly ramshackle flock of sheep and goats being herded down the hill.
