At Bristol: More cakes please, Gromit?

The BBC food festival in Bristol is fascinating thing. I am always amazed to see how big food is these days. You would think that the way that the media portrays our bad eating habits that there would be no room for all these amazingly diverse stalls. From stalls where people can make their own ice-cream to barley sourced coffee. The children were mostly in the mix of it. I am a firm believer that we are on the crest of a turning wave with brietsish food. I would like to believe that mostly people are trying to eat healthier and be more adventurous and stay away from the ready meal.

Thats just me, I am sure all these producers are not here to convert people, surely they are preaching to the converted......x
