Rub el Hizb

I moved into my new apartment yesterday on Abu Dhabi's Saadiyat Island. Since all of my furniture is loaded onto a shipping container and won't be here for another month or so, I'm having to rough it a bit - single pull-out bed, one knife and fork, no washing machine. So I'm making up for it by splashing about in the pool and seeing which empty room has the biggest echo.

I love the fountains in the courtyard outside - shaped like the Arabic Rub el Hizb - the 8-pointed star.
